What I work on

Two research tracks and one nonprofit. Each has its own page.

Screening a chemical space by simulation costs weeks of compute per candidate. My materials work replaces most of that cost with learned models, then spends real simulation only on the survivors.

My second track is biological. Oil spills and plastic waste damage marine ecosystems, and current cleanup methods are slow or harmful. I study bacteria that already eat hydrocarbons, and the enzymes that make that possible.

CompetifyHub sits outside the lab. It publishes free competition material so that students without paid coaching can still prepare well.

A screening pipeline is only useful if the cheap filters agree with the expensive ones.
